#10 『ハンバーグ』☆元飲食人が作る手軽で美味しいハンバーグ デミグラス風☆

時短で美味しいハンバーグを食べたい!という事で作りました。
家にあるもので本格的な洋食の味わいと柔らかさ!
ハンバーグとソースを一つのフライパンで作れるので後片付けも楽ちんです!

☆材料(4人分)☆
豚ひき肉  200g
玉ねぎ   1/2個
絹豆腐(小)1/2丁
パン粉   適量
にんにく  少々
生姜    少々
塩、胡椒  少々
☆ソース☆
水     300cc
中農ソース 大さじ 3
ケチャップ 大さじ 3
※ソースは詰めるので味はお好みで調整してください
